It Started with a Seed

OnlineFreshShop was founded in 2018 by Sarah Jennings, a holistic nutritionist who realized that true wellness shouldn't be a luxury. She noticed that most "fresh" juices in supermarkets were actually pasteurized, killing the vital enzymes our bodies crave.

Starting with a single hydraulic press in her garage, Sarah began delivering juices to her local community. Today, we operate 5 major pressing facilities across the country, but our commitment to the small-batch, raw, and organic process remains unchanged.

Shipping & Delivery

Because our juices are fresh and raw, we take shipping very seriously.

1. Cold-Chain Logistics

All orders are shipped in insulated eco-friendly boxes with non-toxic gel packs. This ensures your juice remains below 40°F (4°C) throughout the journey.

2. Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed for next-day delivery. We do not ship on Fridays or Saturdays to avoid juices sitting in transit over the weekend.

3. Local Pickup

If you live near our flagship wellness centers, you can opt for free same-day pickup at checkout.

Refund Policy

We stand behind every bottle. If you aren't happy, we'll make it right.

1. Quality Issues

If your juice arrives damaged or warm, please take a photo and contact us within 12 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

2. Satisfaction

Not a fan of a particular blend? Let us know! While we can't refund based on taste preference, we'll happily send you a discount code to try a different flavor.
